Method 1 :    

  • Easiest method
    • Device Manager  >  Keyboards   right-click Standard PS/2 Keyboard  > Disable device  >  Yes  Restart.
  • Alternatively,  use Edit Group Policy to stop the keyboard from reinstalling driver every time your computer starts up.


Method 2 :
    This article explains how to disable a laptop keypad in Windows 10 by disabling it with the help of  Edit Group Policy option and it will permanently disable laptop keyboard.  Does not installing driver every time your computer starts up.

Following steps for disable keyboard in laptop - 

1) Press Windows key and then type  Edit Group Policy click on it.



2) Under the Computer Configuration click on itit will navigate Administrative Templates > System > Device Installation > Device Installation Restrictions.

3) Right-click on Prevent installation of devices not described by other policy setting, and select Edit.



4)  New pop screen will be open then Select Enabled from the left side.


5) Click on APPLY then OK

6) Again Press Windows key and then type  Device Manager click on it.




  7Expand Keyboards.


8)   Right-click Standard PS/2 Keyboard and choose Properties.
     

9) Click on uninstall driver. after that it will asked you to restart your computer for that click on ok and continue.

10) After restarting your laptop  keypad or keyboard of your laptop is completely disabled.
